1. Buy the file poster for only 3 dollars and download it.
2. Open it with photoshop
3. Click on the text layer on the right down corner ( eg. layer "SKYLINE" )
4. Right click on it and choose edit content
5. Another tab contain the text will appear, now you can edit as your own wants
6. After edited do Ctrl + S for windows and Command + S for Mac
